Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with the mayonnaise in a bowl until combined.
  2. Stir in the chopped green olives with paprika, chopped black olives, and chopped spring onions.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Roll up each tortilla tightly from one end, then place seam-side down on a plate.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Cut each rolled tortilla into 2 cm pieces.
  7. Serve with salsa for dipping.
