Instructions

  1. Puree and season the two cans of tomatoes. Then cook the leg slices in it until the marrow can be loosened from the bone (approx. 1 1/2 - 2 hours). Put the meat aside and cook the peppers in the tomato sauce until cooked. Add the can of beans.
  2. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and add them as well. Let everything get warm again, season to taste - done!
  3. It goes well with boiled potatoes and, if you still like, a green salad.
