- Fry the mince vigorously.
- Dice onions and peppers and add to the meat.
- Drain the corn and kidney beans, rinse the kidney beans well with water and mix with the mince.
- Stir the peeled tomatoes with just a little tomato juice into the mince. Add the ketchup and stock and bring to the boil briefly.
- Season to taste with Worcester sauce (I also season with a little granular Maggi broth and liquid Maggi).
- Side dish: baguette
