Instructions

  1. Put the cream cheese in a bowl and crumble half or the whole pack of sheep`s cheese, depending on your taste. Press the garlic clove through the garlic press. Add a splash of oil and lemon, but you don`t have to.
  2. Season to taste with herbs and spices (rosemary) and stir. Serve with fresh baguette.
  3. Quickly for a visit, for in between or for the cold buffet.
