Instructions

  1. Put the cream cheese in a bowl.
  2. Crumble half or the whole packet of sheep's cheese or feta cheese into the bowl, depending on your preference.
  3. Press the garlic clove through a garlic press and add it to the bowl.
  4. Add a splash of olive oil and lemon juice (optional).
  5. Season to taste with salt, pepper, rosemary, and chili powder, if desired.
  6. Stir until well combined.
  7. Serve with fresh baguette.
