Instructions

  1. First, the ripe banana is chopped up with a fork in a microwave-safe bowl. Then add the oatmeal and milk. Everything is mixed into an even mass.
  2. Cinnamon can be mixed in if you like.
  3. Then put the bowl in the microwave for about 2 minutes at 700 watts. Depending on the setting of the microwave, it may only take a minute.
  4. When the porridge is warmed up, remove the bowl from the microwave. Garnish with fruit or chocolate sprinkles to taste and enjoy!
  5. The recipe can also be changed very easily, e.g. with cocoa, chocolate shavings, coconut flakes etc.
