- First, the ripe banana is chopped up with a fork in a microwave-safe bowl. Then add the oatmeal and milk. Everything is mixed into an even mass.
- Cinnamon can be mixed in if you like.
- Then put the bowl in the microwave for about 2 minutes at 700 watts. Depending on the setting of the microwave, it may only take a minute.
- When the porridge is warmed up, remove the bowl from the microwave. Garnish with fruit or chocolate sprinkles to taste and enjoy!
- The recipe can also be changed very easily, e.g. with cocoa, chocolate shavings, coconut flakes etc.
