IMPORTANT!! Use a tall, microwave-safe container (glass, mug).
First you take the egg and break it open.
Now you season it as you like (salt and chives are only suggestions) and stir everything together.
Everything comes in a glass. At 800 watts you watch the egg how it grows upwards. Until it stops growing. This is the perfect time to turn off the microwave.
I didn`t stop the time (it felt like a minute), but I guarantee you a fluffy, juicy scrambled egg!
The egg doesn`t stay that big either, if the microwave is off, it shrinks back on itself, similar to marshmellows.
I do not recommend cooking a second egg as the sausage will grow too high.
