- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Fry the chicken pieces in the hot oil. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan.
- Sauté the garlic in the roasting fat and sauté with flour and curry powder. Stir in 1/4 l water and cream. Cover and simmer for approx. 5 minutes.
- Mix the chicken with the curry sauce and noodles and heat briefly. Season to taste with soy sauce, vinegar, sambal oil and sugar.
