Wash the potatoes well. Spread a teaspoon of coarse sea salt and a pinch of caraway seeds on four equal pieces of aluminum foil. Brush the potatoes with the olive oil and prick a few times with a fork. Now place the potatoes on the salt / caraway seed mixture and wrap them up. Cook the potatoes in the oven at 180 degrees for about 75 minutes.
