Ingredients
- 4 large potato (s)
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 teaspoon sea salt, coarse
- 4 pinch (s) caraway seeds
For the filling:
- 1 bunch spring onion (s), cut into rings
- 150 g bacon (breakfast bacon), diced and left out
- 100 g cheddar cheese, rated
- 100 g butter
- 150 g sour cream

- Wash the potatoes well. Spread a teaspoon of coarse sea salt and a pinch of caraway seeds on four equal pieces of aluminum foil. Brush the potatoes with the olive oil and prick a few times with a fork. Now place the potatoes on the salt / caraway seed mixture and wrap them up. Cook the potatoes in the oven at 180 degrees for about 75 minutes.
- Finally, cut in the baked potato in a cross shape, open a little and serve.
- Pour the toppings into separate bowls.
- Now everyone can fill their own potatoes with the toppings.
