Let rise for 30-45 minutes (preferably in a peng bowl)
Butter a loaf pan or line it with baking paper, add the dough and bake for approx. 45 minutes at 175 ° -180 °.
Then take the bread out of the box and let it brown again for approx. 5-10 minutes. If you like, you can use pumpkin seeds, nuts or sprinkle poppy seeds on the bread instead of the sunflower seeds.
