Instructions

  1. Fry the onion cubes in oil and simmer with the spice bag (bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon) on a low flame for 40 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove the spice bag.
  2. Add the remaining spices and tomatoes, bring to the boil and puree in the blender. Fill into glasses and keep refrigerated.
