Milk Jelly with Tangerines (on Agar-Agar) Instructions

  1. Pour cold water into a saucepan and add agar-agar, stir and let stand for 20 minutes.
  2. Place a saucepan over medium heat and bring the agar water to a boil. Add sugar, stir and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Heat the milk and in a thin stream, stirring occasionally, pour it into a pan of agar. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Wash tangerines, peel, and disassemble into slices. Peel each slice of white film and cut it into two parts.
  5. Divide the tangerine pieces into silicone molds.
