- Pour the gelatin into a bowl.
- Pour 100 ml of milk into gelatin. Stir and leave for 30 minutes.
- During this time, the gelatin will swell.
- Heat the remaining milk over low heat. Add vanilla sugar.
- Add gelatin to warm milk and stir until it is completely dissolved. Milk shouldn’t boil! Remove milk from heat and let cool slightly.
- Pour the jelly into portion molds. When the jelly has completely cooled, we put it in the refrigerator to solidify for several hours.
- Finely grate the chocolate before serving.
- The jelly itself can be served in two ways. If you have beautiful shapes, then simply sprinkle the jelly with grated chocolate on top.
