Milk Jelly

Very easy to prepare milk jelly with vanilla aroma, from a minimum amount of ingredients.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Milk – 200 ml
  • Gelatin – 15 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g
  • White chocolate – 10 g

Directions

  1. Pour the gelatin into a bowl.
  2. Pour 100 ml of milk into gelatin. Stir and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. During this time, the gelatin will swell.
  4. Heat the remaining milk over low heat. Add vanilla sugar.
  5. Add gelatin to warm milk and stir until it is completely dissolved. Milk shouldn’t boil! Remove milk from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. Pour the jelly into portion molds. When the jelly has completely cooled, we put it in the refrigerator to solidify for several hours.
  7. Finely grate the chocolate before serving.
  8. The jelly itself can be served in two ways. If you have beautiful shapes, then simply sprinkle the jelly with grated chocolate on top.
