Ingredients
Rice – 100 g
Cottage cheese – 100 g
Milk – 100 ml
Raisins – 50 g
Butter – 10-20 g
Honey – 30 g
Vanillin – on the tip of a teaspoon or vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon *
If the rice is washed and soaked in cold water for 2 hours (or overnight), then cooking it will take much less time (10 minutes instead of 15-20).
Fill the rice with water in a ratio of 1: 3, put the pan on heating, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook rice until soft and moisture completely evaporated.
Remove the cooked rice pan from the stove.
Warm the milk a little in a separate bowl and add to the saucepan with rice. We send butter there and mix well.
Add cottage cheese, honey, and vanillin.
We interrupt milk rice porridge with cottage cheese using a submersible blender (you can use a potato grinder).
Add the raisins and mix well again.
We layout milk rice porridge with cottage cheese and raisins on plates. Cut the peach into thin slices. Cut the banana into slices. Put the peach and banana on top of the porridge in the form of a cute palm tree.
