  • Rice – 100 g
  • Cottage cheese – 100 g
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Raisins – 50 g
  • Butter – 10-20 g
  • Honey – 30 g
  • Vanillin – on the tip of a teaspoon

  1. If the rice is washed and soaked in cold water for 2 hours (or overnight), then cooking it will take much less time (10 minutes instead of 15-20).

  2. Fill the rice with water in a ratio of 1: 3, put the pan on heating, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook rice until soft and moisture completely evaporated.
  3. Remove the cooked rice pan from the stove.
  4. Warm the milk a little in a separate bowl and add to the saucepan with rice. We send butter there and mix well.
  5. Add cottage cheese, honey, and vanillin.
