Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, low-fat quark, oil, salt and raisins with a wooden spoon. Mix flour and baking powder, fold in carefully, add some milk if necessary. Grease a baking pan (box, 26 cm). Bake in the preheated oven on the 2nd rack from the bottom at 170 ° C for 55 minutes. Let cool down.
  2. Buttered it tastes great on any occasion.
