Cottage Cheese Casserole with Dried Apricots and Raisins

Cottage cheese casserole with dried apricots and raisins is an excellent dessert for tea. If you have a miracle oven, you can make a cottage cheese casserole not only in the oven but also in the miracle oven.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 600 g
  • Dried apricots and raisins – 1 glass
  • Butter – 200 g
  • Eggs – 5 pcs.

  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vinegar – extinguish soda
  • Vanillin – 1 sachet

Directions

  1. Separate egg whites and mix with sugar. Mash cottage cheese with yolks and two tablespoons of sugar.
  2. Beat the whites. Add vinegar slaked baking soda and beat.
  3. Add semolina with kefir, melted butter, vanillin to mashed cottage cheese.
  4. Mix the whole mass with the whipped protein. Pour in the flour, beat. Dry the dried fruits, The mass for the curd casserole is ready. We heat the miracle maker.
  5. Pour the dried fruits into the curd mass, mix and pour into the miracle maker. Do not open the lid for 45 minutes.
