Cottage Cheese Casserole with Raisins

Let’s bake a delicious cottage cheese casserole together? We definitely make such a casserole for Easter.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 400 g
  • Raisins – 50 g
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Semolina – 2 tbsp
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Vanillin – on the tip of a knife
  • Flour (or breadcrumbs) – 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Drive eggs into a bowl. Add sugar, salt, vanillin, and semolina. Beat everything well. Add cottage cheese. Beat everything well with a blender.
  2. Rinse the raisins, dry, put in the curd dough. Mix everything well. Leave on for 20 minutes.
  3. Turn on the oven. Grease the form with vegetable oil, sprinkle with bread crumbs or flour.
  4. Pour the curd dough. Smooth and grease with sour cream on top. Place the dish in the oven on the middle shelf. Bake the casserole in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
  5. Cottage cheese casserole with raisins is ready. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Nice and warm and cold.
