Milk Rolls with Sesame Crust

- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
- Heat the milk and sugar on medium heat for 1-2 minutes until warm. Remove from heat.
- Use a fork to dissolve the yeast in the warm milk.
- Pour the milk mixture into the flour and knead until a firm, elastic dough forms.
- Sprinkle flour on top, cover the bowl, and let rise at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Knead the dough well with a little flour for 1-2 minutes.
- Divide the dough into approximately 20 mandarine-sized pieces and shape each into a round roll.
- Place sesame seeds in a shallow plate. Press the top of each roll into the sesame seeds to coat.
- Using a sharp knife, cut each roll in half crosswise.
- Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet, leaving space between them, and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F) for an electric stove, or 200°C (392°F) for a convection oven.
- Bake on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
