Bring 1/2 liter of fresh milk with 3.8% fat to the boil, then add 4 tablespoons of semolina and stir in. Then stir in a whisked egg and let cool while stirring.
When the finished semolina milk soup has cooled down a bit, add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to taste and serve sprinkled with 1 teaspoon tip of cinnamon powder.
