Instructions

  1. Mix 150 g natural yogurt with 100 g milk.
  2. Add 10 g cocoa powder and stir well, or add sugar or honey to taste instead.
  3. Add either fresh squeezed lemon juice or chopped fresh fruit such as banana, apple, or kiwi (avoid combining lemon juice with honey).
  4. Serve for breakfast or as a summer dessert.
