Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt and milk.
  2. Add cocoa powder or sugar or honey as desired and stir in well.
  3. Then either squeeze a lemon and add the lemon juice to the milk yoghurt (preferably not in combination with honey) or chop fresh fruit such as bananas, apples or kiwi and add to the milk yoghurt.
  4. You can serve this soup for breakfast or as a summer dessert.
  5. Approx. 200 kcal per serving.
