Rinse the millet, bring to the boil with the water and salt and allow to swell on the lowest level. If you like, add 0.25-0.5 teaspoons of cinnamon and stir in enough cream with a wooden spoon to make a creamy, fragrant pulp. You can then use the honey to sweeten the porridge. Finally, depending on your taste, mix the fruit, nuts and sunflower seeds into the millet porridge.
This millet porridge is ideal as a winter breakfast, it gives warmth and makes you strong.
Tip: Soak the dried fruits in a little water overnight.
