  1. Boil the kettle. Pour boiling water over millet for 10-15 minutes. Drain the water.

  2. Peel the onion, wash, cut into half rings or cubes.
  3. Wash, peel, cut into slices or cubes of mushrooms.
  4. In a frying pan or a multicooker bowl (“Fry” mode) fry the onion with mushrooms, stirring for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add millet. Season with salt and pepper. Mix.

  6. Put the millet in a multicooker bowl. Pour boiling water (2 fingers above the cereal). Switch on the “Milk porridge/cereals” mode and cook millet porridge with mushrooms in a slow cooker for 50 minutes.
