Cut the leek into rings. Prepare the mashed potatoes and season with a little nutmeg. Fry the minced meat until crumbly, finally add the leek and fry briefly, deglaze with the broth, season with salt and pepper and stew for about 5 minutes, then add the cream.
Spread the puree in a baking dish, pour the minced leek mixture over it and sprinkle with the cheese.
Baked in the oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes.
