Wash the apples and use a core cutter to cut out the core. Cut the apples into rings.
Wash marjoram, shake dry and finely chop. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the onion rings until golden. Add the minced meat and fry it until crumbly; Let the paint take off. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

These can be cooked beforehand, cut into slices (as for fried potatoes) and either fold in or serve separately at the table.
