Instructions

  1. Chop the yellow bell pepper and zucchini into small pieces.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced turkey and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and the internal temperature reaches 74 °C (165 °F).
  3. Add the chopped bell pepper and zucchini to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until soft.
  4. Stir in the cream cheese and add milk gradually until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Season with pepper, curry, and thyme to taste.
  6. Sprinkle the feta cheese on top and serve.
