Make a mince mixture from mince, onions, garlic, mustard, eggs, spices and the breadcrumbs (also a soaked bread roll if you like).
Then portion the mince into portions (approx. 8 balls) and squeeze the individual portions on a freezer bag as thick as a finger (should be big enough so that the cheese and ham don`t overlap). Place half a slice of boiled ham and a slice of cheese on top, carefully roll up using the freezer bag. (You can simply fold it up once, but a lot of cheese runs out with this variant). Press the ends together nicely and make sure that neither cheese nor ham are sticking out.
We grilled it on the charcoal grill until the rolls were grilled nice and crispy (preparation in the pan shouldn`t be a problem either).
Tip: Turn carefully, the mince should not be damaged if possible. Will be super juicy and hardly need any sauces!
