Clean and halve the white cabbage, remove the stalk. Then cut the cabbage crosswise into 2 cm pieces.
Peel the potatoes and cut into 1 cm wide slices.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the mixed mince together with caraway seeds over a high heat until it is roughly crumbly. In addition, season strongly with noble sweet paprika powder, salt and pepper.
Now layer the potatoes and white cabbage over the mince and then add the hot meat stock and the bay leaf.
Cover and cook over a mild heat for about 30 minutes.
Then remove the bay leaf and serve the stew sprinkled with 1⁄2 bunch of chopped parsley and a little sweet paprika powder.
