Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ white cabbage
- 400 g potato (s), waxy
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 400 g minced meat
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, whole
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- salt and pepper
- 1 liter meat broth, hot
- 1 bay leaf
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, chopped

- Clean and halve the white cabbage, remove the stalk. Then cut the cabbage crosswise into 2 cm pieces.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into 1 cm wide slices.
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the mixed mince together with caraway seeds over a high heat until it is roughly crumbly. In addition, season strongly with noble sweet paprika powder, salt and pepper.
- Now layer the potatoes and white cabbage over the mince and then add the hot meat stock and the bay leaf.
- Cover and cook over a mild heat for about 30 minutes.
- Then remove the bay leaf and serve the stew sprinkled with 1⁄2 bunch of chopped parsley and a little sweet paprika powder.
