Instructions

  1. Chop the mushrooms and cook in the oil for about 15 minutes. Add the minced meat and the finely chopped onions, season and cook. The minced meat must be nice and crumbly. Refine with a dash of red wine and finally pour in the cream.
  2. Goes well with pasta, rice or mashed potatoes.
