Minced Meat and Onion Casserole
Instructions
- Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Add the cream, 150 ml mineral water, and breadcrumbs. Knead well until fully combined.
- Slice the onions. Put them in a pan over low heat and cook, browning them lightly, for about 10 minutes.
- Fold half of the cooked onions into the meat mixture. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread the remaining onions on top.
- Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40-45 minutes until the casserole is cooked through.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or baguette.
