Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Add the cream, 150 ml mineral water, and breadcrumbs. Knead well until fully combined.
  2. Slice the onions. Put them in a pan over low heat and cook, browning them lightly, for about 10 minutes.
  3. Fold half of the cooked onions into the meat mixture. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread the remaining onions on top.
  4. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40-45 minutes until the casserole is cooked through.
  5. Serve with mashed potatoes or baguette.
