Instructions

  1. Soak the toast with a little cold milk. Peel and chop the onion. Peel, wash and finely grate the carrots. Express the toast well. Knead with the mince, onion, egg, mustard, salt, pepper and paprika. Knead in the grated carrots. Shape 10-12 small meatballs out of this.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meatballs in it for 4 - 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Mashed potatoes with pea and carrot vegetables are particularly tasty with this.
