Instructions

  1. Mix the onion, mince, breadcrumbs, egg, cheese, salt, pepper and paprika. Shape the meat dough into thumb-sized, approx. 7 cm long sausages. Let cool for 30 minutes, then bread in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry in oil.
  2. It goes well with ribbon noodles, tomato sauce and salad
