Instructions

  1. Cut the onion into cubes and sauté until translucent. Then add the minced meat and brown. Cut the leek into rings and add to the minced meat. Sauté gently until the leek collapses, but don`t finish cooking. Season with soy sauce, pepper, curry to taste. Add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and stir until it has dissolved. Now fill up with the vegetable stock and coconut milk (vary the amount depending on the consistency of the soup you want) and bring to the boil. Turn the stove down and let it steep briefly on a low flame.
