Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat with the egg and breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper. Form dumplings weighing approx. 50 g each from the seasoned minced meat and dumpling and place them alternately in a baking dish.
  2. Mix the cream, clear broth, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper and pour over the dumplings. Drain the mushrooms and spread over them.
