Chop the onions, leeks and potatoes into small pieces.
Fry the minced beef and onions in a saucepan without fat, sauté the leek and potatoes briefly and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Now add salt, pepper, tomato paste, processed cheese and if you like Tabasco, add a dash of it. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes. The minced leek pot tastes even better when warmed up!
