Sear the minced meat in a little oil. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
In the meantime, dice the peppers and zucchini. Salt and pepper the minced meat mixture. Add the garlic and the remaining spices and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the vegetables, stir briefly and deglaze with the tomatoes and water. Add the tomato paste and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
If the consistency is too thick, add a little water if you like. Season the minced meat to taste and add seasoning if necessary.
