Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic, clean and wash the spring onions and cut into oblique pieces (including the greens). Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly (approx. 5 minutes). Add garlic, spring onions, soy sauce, coriander powder and paprika powder while stirring and continue to fry briefly. Finally add the Chinese cabbage and simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. If you want to use fresh coriander, take half a bunch and cut it into small pieces. Mix with the dish before serving.
  4. Approx. 5 g of carbohydrates per serving.
