Chop the garlic, clean and wash the spring onions and cut into oblique pieces (including the greens). Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly (approx. 5 minutes). Add garlic, spring onions, soy sauce, coriander powder and paprika powder while stirring and continue to fry briefly. Finally add the Chinese cabbage and simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
If you want to use fresh coriander, take half a bunch and cut it into small pieces. Mix with the dish before serving.
