Instructions

  1. Sauté the finely chopped onions in the fat, add the minced meat and fry vigorously. Stir in the finely chopped leek over low heat, then add the tomato paste, stock, mustard and spices. Steam while stirring, stir in the cream just before serving.
  2. As a side dish, of course, noodles!
