Peel and dice the potatoes. Peel and dice the onion and carrots.
Fry the minced meat in the oil, add the potatoes, carrots, spinach, peas and sauté for 5 minutes. Pour in the broth, bring to the boil and cook covered for 20 minutes.
Add processed cheese, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Fill into plates and serve sprinkled with coarsely chopped parsley.
