Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in oil or margarine until crumbly and season well, stirring occasionally until a brown crust is formed.
  2. Dice the onion and fry with it. Cut the mushrooms into slices and add. Fry for about 10 minutes, stirring, until everything is well seared.
  3. Add the tomato paste and mix well. Sweat for about 2 minutes. Add flour and stir vigorously. Add the water and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
  4. If the sauce is a little too stiff, pour in a little more water and bring to the boil. Season to taste and season again if necessary.
  5. This goes well with spaghetti or pasta in all variations. The sauce can also be used for lasagna.
  6. With that salad.
