Fry the minced meat in a little oil, add the finely chopped onions and fry with them. Season with tomato paste, salt and pepper and put everything in a baking dish.
Let the sauerkraut with the broth and a little caraway simmer for about 30 minutes and then spread on the minced meat. Mix the sour cream with salt and pepper and spread on the sauerkraut.
Baked in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Dust with paprika and serve.
Serve with potato pancakes or mashed potatoes.
Very suitable for using leftover sauerkraut from the day before.
