Eight white cabbage, cut out the stalk and cut into small strips. Fry the minced meat with onion and garlic in a pan and season. Then add the cut white cabbage and let it stew. Possibly (depending on the pan) add a little water from time to time so that the cabbage does not burn. Serve after approx. 15-20 minutes (white cabbage should still be firm to the bite).
Either serve with baked potatoes with a sour cream dip or just baguette.
