Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fry in a pan with butter. Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces. Also cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Heat the butter in a second pan and fry the cucumber pieces, then add the tomatoes and let everything simmer a little longer. Finally season with salt and pepper. Add the dill, chopped parsley and borage (only young leaves) and mix in the fried minced meat.
