Cook and quench the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Put the cooked pasta back into the pot and mix in the tomato paste, season with pepper, paprika powder and possibly salt.
Put the mixed minced meat in a bowl. Add the onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika powder and the raw egg and mix together. Then add the breadcrumbs and mix too.
Heat a pan with 1/2 tablespoon of oil or butter, add 150 g of minced meat flake-like with a teaspoon and fry until done. Add to the pasta with the fat. Repeat the process.
Mix everything carefully and serve on deep plates.
