Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat with the onions in oil until the minced meat is brown and crumbly, then add the diced zucchini and fry, turning frequently. Deglaze with the water and add the cream. Mix carefully so that the zucchini cubes don`t disintegrate. Season to taste with salt, pepper and broth and thicken with a sauce thickener if desired.
  2. We also eat pasta in all variations.
