Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion. Roast until golden yellow in a non-stick pan and let cool down. Knead all ingredients together in small cubes, shape into a stollen and place in baking foil. Close these well. Fry in the oven at 180 °. Around 1 hour.
  2. Serve with fried potatoes and mixed salad.
