- 1. Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead into a dough with your hands, set aside and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 2. In the meantime, put all the ingredients in the cream in a bowl and mix with a whisk to form a homogeneous mixture.
- 3. Roll out the dough, place in the molds and poke small holes in the bottom.
- 4. Then put the cream in the molds.
- 5. Cut the apples into thin slices in the desired shape and place them on the molds.
- 6. Now bake the finished cakes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees top-bottom heat for 35 minutes.
