Beat the softened butter with the sugar until frothy. Now stir in the eggs one by one. Mix the flour with semolina, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the sugar-egg mixture to this mixture and stir well.
Heat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat. Prepare the praline capsules. For capsules made of paper, I always recommend placing 2 pieces inside each other, for aluminum capsules this is not necessary because they are more stable.
Now fill the dough into a piping bag and inject into the praline capsules. They can be filled to the brim. Place the small cakes on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake on the middle rack of the oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove the mini cakes and let them cool.
After they have cooled, they can be decorated as you like.
As a variant, you can first put some batter into the mold and then add a berry (e.g. raspberry), a piece of fruit, chocolate chips or nuts, then cover with another layer of batter.
